Refocus, alter and amend: If a daily action isn’t working for you, or if one of your goals suddenly becomes unimportant, you need to reset your goal list and quickly go through the first 4 steps again and again until something does. Being able to continually reset and refocus your goals is one of the most important success skills to obtain in life. The key is to understand that the most people need to update and alter their actions plans numerous times before achieving success. Refocusing and altering an initial plan is simply part of the 7 steps and not failure as many people feel.

Trial: Trial, assess the results, make the necessary adaptation

Read: Read anything, reread everything, it is all knowledge, but just remember. Quick fixes, fad diets, detox kits, disempowering dietary supplementation programs and anything that promises quick results with no effort and no side effects, are more than likely going to become part of your educational trial, assess and adapt process (IE they won’t work)

Learn: Do a short course, do a tafe course ( IE cooking etc)

Talk: Discuss your theories, ideas, and problems with friends, family, professionals, and in online blogs. Get a community of support behind you
